Our Process
For the most part, we use an agile based approach to all interactive and digital platform development projects, unless in circumstances where a more traditional project management approach may be required. We’ve found that working in agile helps us bring our creative and digital teams closer to our clients (business owners, marketers, technical directors etc.) to work in a more open and collaborative way. It allows us to achieve better outcomes for your business by incorporating more collaboration and feedback from you and your customers.

User Experience Design
Our projects all start with an exploration phase, allowing us to learn about your business, your customers, and your goals. We put an actionable plan in place to set the stage for the entire project.

We combine the principles of UX design with innovative front-end development to create a solution which is not only well-crafted but is highly intuitive. We use research, data and analytics and prototyping tools to map and create the customer journey. With a strong focus on user experience, we create wireframes, sitemaps, and user stories to fully understand your target audience and align with your business goals.

User Interface Design
We design for people so our solutions bring value to your audience. Through the UI design process, we create the visual language to complement the UX and any other offline creative elements.

For a larger project we develop a design system which is a set of reusable components, guided by clear standards, that can be assembled together to build any number of templates that may be required. This ensures we develop a consistent user experience across all aspects of the UI including colour, shape, type, icons, space and motion. Every component in the design system incorporates these elements, and they play an integral role in expressing brand personality.

Continual Improvement & Ongoing Support
We tend to approach our client relationships as partnerships where we nurture the website or platform we have developed as if it was our own. In this context, we provide continuous delivery and ongoing support to ensure the needs of key user groups are being met, and the client is hitting objectives and ROI.

This involves verifying work with users and continuous cycles of planning, analysis and release. It also involves a level of dedication and reactiveness which we pride ourselves on and live through our company values each and every day.

We find clients typically assign a budget or number of hours a month towards ongoing support which allows us to iterate and improve the platform ongoing. This may include new features or changes to existing features, content development, debugging, technology updates, SEO or security patches.

We work with clients to plan and prioritise or respond to quick changes when they may be required.

In addition to ongoing website support, clients typically allocate a certain number of hours towards analytics reporting to help ensure the website is achieving objectives and ROI over time.
