Our strategic, creative and channel recommendations, along with a new brand positioning and updated contemporary brand identity, has resulted in repositioning this NSW Government agency’s image toward an intelligent, trusted and responsive organisation. The new website showcases Subsidence Advisory NSW’s vast knowledge, unique mapping, digital databases and records of current and historic mining, focusing on refining the information architecture and optimising the user experience to make essential information and services more accessible and engaging to the people of NSW.

For the first time, the community can use the fully immersive website to lodge a claim for compensation, request a building certificate and find out more about safety, allowing greater access to Subsidence Advisory’s expert guidance on mines subsidence.
