Crosbie Wealth’s annual end of year conference has long established itself as a highlight on clients’ calendars, known for inspiring guest speakers such as Olympians Anna Meares and Kurt Fearnley AO. With the pandemic in full swing and the conference cancelled, we had to find another way to connect with clients to reaffirm the energy and determination that had been the focus of 2020.

We knew that video was the right channel for our communication – a way for us to profile many of the team in a complimentary and personal way.
Our strategy was to let the Crosbie Wealth team tell the story of how they had remained focussed, managed performance and energised clients. The video featured excerpts from interviews, representing a team who seek to build a meaningful connection with customers. And to demonstrate the rich company culture, the video featured plenty of light hearted and humorous moments.

We created something which respectfully encompassed the multitude of different voices that create Crosbie Wealth. In short, a business which is human centred, friendly and quality driven all at the same time.
The biggest success of the project was crafting an end of year message that Crosbie Wealth really thought “felt like us”.
