We created an EVP to harmonise the culture across the group’s market-leading businesses. We conducted several employee workshops, discovering the thematic insight:
This insight led us to the EVP concept, ‘United we are limitless.’ The idea positions Uniti as a dynamic, boundary-pushing workplace where collaboration leads to limitless potential.
We delivered a comprehensive EVP guide alongside the strategy and creative components. The guide outlines the EVP narrative, usage instructions, and tailored behaviours to match cultural expectations.
The internal feedback for Uniti’s EVP is overwhelmingly positive, showcasing the power of collaboration and setting a foundation for attracting top-tier talent.
