Reflections Holiday Parks, aspiring to become NSW’s most desirable caravan and camping destination, recognised the need to deliver an enhanced experience for their customers. To achieve this, a comprehensive brand strategy was developed, encompassing their vision, values, personality, tone of voice, and a refreshed visual identity.
While retaining the existing logo, a nature-inspired type and graphic language were introduced, creating a unified visual identity. The familiar colour palette was paired with a new photographic style, ensuring continuity for the existing customer base.
The brand language adopted an easy yet authoritative tone, inspiring and connecting with customers.
