Through a series of stakeholder workshops across the organisation, we uncovered what truly drives APRA’s culture—from the ambition and capability of its people, to the unique perspective employees gain working at the centre of Australia’s financial system.

These insights formed the foundation of an EVP strategy that authentically reflects APRA’s role, values, and employee experience.

We discovered that APRA’s strength lies in the intersection of purpose, collaboration, and belonging.
