Love Our Bay Campaign for Bayside Council
Bayside City Council
McCloy Group is renowned for offering top-quality communities in affordable developments, surrounded by open spaces and conveniently located near amenities and transportation. Their latest venture, The Loxford, located just 8km from Maitland in the Hunter region, exemplifies this commitment to exceptional living.
The strategy for The Loxford focused on creating a name and brand that combined luxurious living with a strong connection to nature and community.
Ultimately, we selected the name “The Loxford,” a simple yet prestigious name that pays homage to the neighbouring township while reflecting the development’s high-quality offerings.
The visual identity for The Loxford centres around a graphic representing the harmony of wetlands and rural landscapes that encompass the estate. This scenic conservation area, coupled with the contemporary and aspirational lifestyle it offers, culminated in a premium brand identity. The use of gold and navy further reinforces the estate’s position as a sought-after destination.
Our deliverables included the logo, brandmark, and comprehensive style guide, as well as proposed options for estate signage, social media content, and billboards, providing McCloy Group with a full suite of materials to showcase The Loxford’s prestige living experience.
