Led by Managing Director and Strategist Lynn Poole and Creative Director Daniel Barrett, The Brand Pool is a highly capable and experienced agency, operating Australia-wide.


Lynn Poole is a highly accomplished Managing Director and Strategist with vast experience in brand, communications, and strategy. Lynn has successfully led over 90 multi-channel campaigns for the NSW Government and prior to founding The Brand Pool, she managed one of Australia’s largest regional advertising agencies. With a particular expertise in behaviour change campaigns, Lynn brings a unique perspective and skill set to the agency. As a passionate advocate for Newcastle, Lynn is committed to helping the city and its local businesses and organisations reach their full potential through effective and innovative strategies.


Daniel has been a conceptual copywriter and creative director for over 18 years. Working across all mediums of creative advertising, he’s earned a reputation for crafting ideas that connect. Dan has collaborated with some of Australia’s biggest brands, serviced global accounts overseas, and delivered creative solutions for a variety of clients and categories, including airlines, alcohol, banks, FMCG, telcos and governments. What really drives Dan is strategically sound, original creative ideas, that make people feel something, think something, or take action.
His work has been recognised at the Effies, Cannes Lions, D&AD, AWARD, TED Ideas Worth Spreading, Spikes Asia and beyond.
